Healing comes from going toward what we fear
By going toward our own Suffering
And that of Others.
As we move toward what we fear
The fear loses it’s power as we become more familiar with it.
We are no longer captured, held or embraced by it.
Facing it
Knowing it
Creates some freedom
Or at least a breathing space where we are not crippled by fear
Or suffering.
The freedom,
Slight or great as it is
Ultimately becomes a form of Healing.
